During our holiday stay, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. The hotel was located near all the key tourist spots, making it easy for us to explore the city. the room offered a stunning view of the surrounding area, which was a major advantage.
Despite being a paying guest, we received no assistance with our luggage, and the hotel staff were unresponsive to our requests for basic amenities such as towels and soap. the noise level was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep at night.
